Three requirements, checked once at registration and again each year.

- A first list item.
- A second list item.

Valid trade licence
Issued in the UAE and current on the date of application.

Establishment card
Matching the licence holder, with at least three months remaining.

Authorised signatory
Proof that the person registering can act for the company.
Applications missing any of the three are held rather than rejected, and resume once the document arrives.
